Who Am I?

In the vast expanse of this digital cityscape, amidst the bustling noise of countless voices seeking to be heard, you might wonder: who am I to add to the noise? I'm just a 21-year-old navigating life alone in a sprawling metropolis, armed with little more than a laptop and a head full of dreams.
Let’s clear the air from the get-go. I'm not your typical lifestyle guru with a perfectly curated existence. I don’t boast a picture-perfect relationship status or a kitchen stocked with culinary wonders (truth be told, I don’t even own a pan!). But here’s what I do know: I’m a connoisseur of friendship, an aficionado of retail therapy, a dedicated explorer of fitness trends, and, above all, a master of romanticizing my everyday existence.
Coming from the picturesque city of Saratoga Springs, NY, and now finding my way through the maze of Boston, I find solace in the simple pleasures: family ties that bind, the aromatic embrace of a freshly brewed coffee, and the infinite scroll of inspiration and amusement. Speaking of inspiration, let’s talk influencers. From the irrepressible wit of Tinx to the effortless chic of Chelsea Parke and the captivating clothing of Lilly Sisto, these digital icons weave narratives that resonate with my own quest for meaning and connection.
So why am I here, typing away into the void? Blame it on my studies in English and creative writing, where every thought, every observation begs to be inked into existence. This blog isn’t just about documenting a life—it’s about elevating the mundane into the extraordinary, finding poetry in the prosaic, and revealing the beauty in the everyday struggles we all face.
Join me on this journey as I navigate the highs and lows of young adulthood, as I strive to capture the essence of a life that’s often harder to romanticize than it seems. Whether you’re here for a laugh, a moment of reflection, or simply to see how I’ll manage without that elusive frying pan, I invite you to stay awhile. After all every story deserves to be told and every voice deserves to be heard.
xoxo,
NF
